🔒 We do NOT collect passwords, payment information, or any sensitive financial data.

3 Quiz & Score Data

When you complete the quiz, we store:

Your Driver Safety Score (0–100)

Number of correct/total answers

Category-wise performance across 7 safety categories

Risk classification (Safe 🟢 / Moderate 🟡 / Risky 🔴)

This data helps us improve our question bank and understand overall road safety awareness in India.

5 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore), which provides enterprise-grade security, encryption in transit and at rest, and compliance with global data protection standards.

We implement industry-standard measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6 Data Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data only in these cases:

Aggregate, anonymized analytics — shared with partners (e.g., insurance companies) for road safety research. No personal identifiers are shared.

Legal requirements — if required by law or government authority

With your consent — if you opt in to share data with specific partners (future feature)

7 Cookies & Local Storage

DriveScore uses sessionStorage (browser-level temporary storage) to pass your quiz results between pages during a single session. This data is automatically cleared when you close the browser tab. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics trackers.
